The Arlington Grove Housing Co-operative is located in the Champlain Heights area of South-East Vancouver. It is a 66-unit co-op comprised of  one and two bedroom apartments, and two to four bedroom townhome configurations. All units are equipped with laundry hookups. Most of the three and four bedroom townhomes also include attached garages and basements. All units have either attached garages, a covered parking space, or an assigned open parking space. There are public parking spots available throughout the co-op and nearby City streets.

Other features of this Co-op include the following:

  • common laundry room;
  • onsite playgrounds;
  • community building;
  • landscaped grounds.

Included is the current housing charge, gross monthly income required to qualify for the current housing charge,  and also the minimum charge for the unit if subsidy is available. There are some subsidized units at Arlington Grove so just indicate on your application if you require subsidy.
