The Arlington Grove Housing Co-operative is located in the Champlain Heights area of South-East Vancouver. It is a 66-unit co-op comprised of one and two bedroom apartments, and two to four bedroom townhome configurations. All units are equiped with laundry hookups. Most of the three and four bedroom townhomes also include attached garages and basements. All units have either attached garages, a covered parking space, or an assigned open parking space. There are public parking spots available throughout the co-op and nearby City streets.
