All units have washer/dryer hookups. It is up to the member to provide their own machines. In addition there are shared laundry facilities on-premise which members can access for a fee.

You must have a minimum of one person per bedroom. For example, a single person would qualify for a one-bedroom apartment. A couple with a child qualifies for a three-bedroom unit. Two adults qualify for a two-bedroom unit.

Honestly, we don’t know. Any answer we try to give will be wrong. Please don’t ask us via phone or email about it because we won’t tell you. Rest assured that when a unit becomes available we schedule interviews from our current waitlist and sort by date of application. It can take a long time to get invited to an interview. We ask for your patience.

All units have parking available. Apartments have a parking spot assigned to them. Townhomes have either attached garages or share space in an adjacent covered area.

We are pet friendly at Arlington Grove. You are allowed one dog and one indoor cat per unit. Dogs are to be on leash when on co-op property.

Applications are moved out of the current folder after six months and are shredded after one year.
